Dunn Residence, Encinitas, CA

Dunn residence is a one acre modern farm house located in a new development in Encinitas, CA. The owners live in the space but also use it to host events and occasionally rent as an AirBnB. The gardens are meant for wandering and engaging with different types of plants and gardens. Native plants, succulents and edibles were mixed to create a beautiful and abundant landscape. Sustainable bamboo decking, decomposed granite, stone and concrete pavers were used to maximize soil infiltration.
